Our History and Experience
Our journey began in 2002 as principal investors flipping homes in East Dallas. Early success on the residential side inspired us to deepen our expertise—leading one of our founders to take on a role at a major commercial real estate firm, specializing in multifamily assets. Over the course of our professional careers, we have underwritten more than $6 billion in real estate assets and participated in 80+ transactions representing over $2.6 billion in total value.
Over the past 24 years, we’ve operated as principals—sourcing, improving, and repositioning residential assets. During that time, we’ve consistently delivered 20%+ annual returns to our investors across market cycles.
