For every rental property you refer that signs a 12-month property management agreement with Rental Doors LLC:

You’ll receive a $300 referral fee per door.
Payment is issued after the owner signs our agreement and the first rental payment is collected.

You Keep the Listing

We never compete with you. If the property owner decides to sell:

You retain full listing rights.
A Realtor Protection Agreement is available upon request to formalize this.
