For every rental property you refer that signs a 12-month property management agreement with Rental Doors LLC:

• You’ll receive a $300 referral fee per door.
   
• Payment is issued after the owner signs our agreement and the first rental payment is collected.
   

We never compete with you. If the property owner decides to sell:

• You retain full listing rights.
   
• A Realtor Protection Agreement is available upon request to formalize this.
   

• Refer 5+ doors and receive a $500 bonus.
   
• 20+ referrals? Join our Preferred Realtor Partner Program with:
   
  • Buyer/seller referrals from our tenant and investor pool.
